Introduction:
In this project we are using the Auto-desk Revit program to design and build a residential shed. We are given constraints which we have to build the shed according to. For example, some of the constraints include, the shed having a 12ft by 16ft footprint, the standard 8ft wall height, and one of the walls has to be made out of brick on the exterior with the other walls having 2ft by 4ft frame construction and siding. We were given this project in 3 parts that took us through every step of the construction of the shed, which will help us remember how to do this for our upcoming projects

Reflection:
In all, this project when very smoothly. I did not have to many problems using Revit and building the shed. Working on designing and constructing the residential shed was fairly easy and kind of fun. I enjoyed seeing how the final project looked like a realistic actual shed. Also knowing that the shed wasn’t just a hollow construction, but that it has siding and layers that include insulation like an actual residential shed, makes it even better. Most of the constructions that I have made on Revit have just been simple house designs that did not require us to go this in depth into the building. For example, back in my Gateway class, in middle school, we had designed and made many things in that class, from just random objects to our dream home. Though, we had never added insulation and siding like we have done in this project we completed.
